Dynatech manufactures hydraulic squeezer for pressing and squeezing out water (liquid) in the outer skin of tender coconut shell and other bio products contenting liquid like herbal items. It has been found that the tender coconut shell (outer skin) contains around 70 to 80% liquid. So to say around 25 kg coconut shells will give out liquid to the extent of 13 to 14 kg. The squeezed out liquid consisting of high grade minerals and other chemicals which can be used for various purpose such as in the manufacture of fertilizer, mineral water etc. The solid part can be easily dried and used as green fuel. The Dynatech squeezer is a semi automatic unit and can be operated like JCB. The coconut outer skin as a whole is fed to the squeezing chamber by hydraulics feeders and then pressed by hydraulic main unit of 100 Tonne capacity and final the solid is pushed out hydraulically. The liquid collected in a separate chamber. The unit can handle around 2 to 2.5 Tonne of coconut shell/hr. This means around 40 to 50 shells are pressed at one stroke.
